Practing sport is very important to our lives. People who practice sport, they also have an active occupations and they are so healthier. So I want to know your opinon about sports.

Now let´s learn about some of them:

Swimming is movement through water using one's limbs, and usually without artificial apparatus. Swimming is an activity that can be both useful and recreational. Its primary uses are bathing, cooling, fishing, recreation, exercise, and sport.

Basketball is a team sport in which two teams of five players try to score points by throwing or "shooting" a ball through the top of a basketball hoop while following a set of rules. Basketball is one of the world's most popular and widely viewed sports.

Football, commonly known as football or soccer, is a sport played between two teams of eleven players with a spherical ball. At the turn of the 21st century, the game was played by over 250 million players in over 200 countries, making it the world's most popular sport.

Volleyball is an Olympic team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules.

Table tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a spot in which two or four players hit a lightweight, hollow ball back and forth using table tennis rackets. The game takes place on a hard table divided by a net. Except for the initial serve, players must allow a ball played toward them only one bounce on their side of the table and must return it so that it bounces on the opposite side. Points are scored when a player fails to return the ball within the rules.

Tennis is a sport usually played between two players (single) or between two teams of two players each (double). Each player uses a racket that is strung to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over a net into the opponent's court. Tennis is an Olympic sport and is played at all levels of society at all ages. The sport can be played by anyone who can hold a racket, including people in wheelchairs.

Judo, meaning "Gentle Way", comes from the ancient Samurai art in Japan named Jiujitsu.

Jujitsu was a deadly art that used chokes, throws, joint locks, and strikes to knock out or kill opponents. Kano Jigoro who created Judo, took the safest techniques from Jiujitsu and combined them to create this new Japanese martial arts.

Dance is when people move to a musical rhytm. They may be alone, or in a group. The dance may be informal play, part of a ritual, or part of a performance. There are many kinds of dance, and every human society has its dances.

Dancing is done for fun. Dance is an art. Some people dance to express their feelings and emotions. Other people dance to feel better. Dance can be used to tell a story. In some societies, dance goes with song as well as music. People who want to learn to dance can go to dance schools. It may take years of practice to become an experienced and flexible dancer.

I love dancing, I´ve danced for more than 10 years. It was a great time in my life. I danced almost all kinds of dances; ballet, jazz, street, Hungary dance. It´s a pity, because I don´t have time to practice it more.
